• You need a life-enriching team activity that sparks connection, supports wellness and sustainability, and shows real appreciation.

  • You know good food brings people together, but you're looking for more than another team lunch or happy hour.

  • You want to provide an uplifting experience that feeds their health, fuels their focus, and builds a stronger culture.

  • You have to deliver more than health insurance and ping pong tables.

You’re in good company.

Across industries, employers are stepping up because the data is clear: Employees are disengaged, distracted, and burned out. Providing meaningful experiences has never been more important for retention, wellness, and performance. Real-life skills are making employees happier, healthier, and more connected.

Thank you for doing these sessions with our Tillamook County Creamery Association team members. It gives us time to show Genuine Care in how we feed ourselves. This also allowed us to focus on our well-being together and learn some great new recipes.

Why Plants?

🍅 Healthier employees
A plant-rich diet helps prevent expensive chronic illnesses like heart disease and type 2 diabetes - two of the biggest drivers of rising healthcare expenses.

🌱 Stronger Teams, Fewer Sick Days
A nourishing way of eating supports immunity, mental clarity, and emotional resilience - keeping employees thriving at work and beyond.

🍉 A Healthier Planet
Better for your people, better for the Earth. (And better for your bottom line.) As the EAT-Lancet Commission reports: “Food is the single strongest lever to optimize human health and environmental sustainability on Earth.”

🍋 Delicious, Beautiful, Joyful
Plant foods are colorful, satisfying, and full of flavor when you know how to work with them!

Trust me! I have been doing this for 25 years.

I work with all ages, skill levels, and dietary preferences from nonprofits to law firms, corporate to the trades, marketing teams to schools. Students build confidence, skills, and habits that fuel them. No fancy equipment or 3-hour recipes required. I keep it simple, doable, fun, and of course the food is soooo soooo good.

FAQ’s

  • How will it work at my location if we don’t have a kitchen you can use?

No problem! As long as there’s a sink, two tables, and an electrical outlet nearby (unless the recipes don’t require electricity), we’re good.

  • Do you do cooking experiences for groups of clients, like instead of going golfing?
Absolutely! It’s a really fun way to switch it up.

  • Can we do a virtual activity if we have employees in multiple time zones?
    Yep.

  • Will all of the food be vegan?
It can be but doesn’t have to be! We’ll come up with the menu together so that everyone is accommodated.

  • What exactly is “plant-forward”?
A style of cooking and eating that emphasizes and celebrates, but is not limited to, plant-based foods
    - including fruits and vegetables (produce); whole grains; beans, other legumes (pulses) and soy foods; nuts and seeds; plant oils; and herbs and spices - and that reflects evidence-based principles of health and sustainability.
